List of users of similar equipment manufactured & supplied during last 10 years with Postal address, Fax No, Telephone No, & name of contact person of the users. Performance certificates issued by a few reputed users of similar EQUIPMENT. SCOPE OF CONTRACT : Design, manufacture & supply of the equipment as specified. The equipment should be complete in all respect for intended purpose with desired / specified level of performance. To ensure completeness of supply, vendor should include in the scope of supply, all auxiliary items which are necessary for satisfactory running of equipment, though not included in this specification Quality and strength of material used in manufacturing the equipment should be as per applicable code of practice and regulation. While indicating total cost, the tenderer will take all the conditions into consideration, which has to fulfill erection & commissioning, including training, deputation of engineers etc. nothing should be left vague. INSPECTION AT FIRMS PREMISES: Vendor should provide all test & guarantee certificates for bought out & own manufactured items prior to pre-despatch inspection. Pre-despatch inspection will be carried out by RFI representative for all the items including standard & optional items. Supervision of Erection at site Erection at site will be done by the supplier's engineers as mentioned at "Terms & Conditions" in Part-II. Commissioning of the machine at site Commissioning & testing of the equipment to its desired capacity and complete satisfaction of the perchaser will be done by the supplier's enginner as mentioned at "Terms & Conditions" Training : Training to purchaser's personnel in operation, programming & maintenance of the equipment as mentioned at "Terms & Conditions" in Part-II. OPTIONAL ITEMS. SPARES FOR 2 YEARS NORMAL RUNNING MAINTENANCE : The list of spares should indicate unit price, weight & quantity recommended for purchase against each item separately. The list should be prepared for safer working and trouble free running of the equipment for 2 years. Other Cost / Charges of elements & services, if any (specify detail) which are not covered in the technical specification but are essentially required for the efficient operation & guarantee of the specified output of the machine as per TE specification. DESIGN PARAMETERS : Design parameters should ensure durability, accuracy, smooth working & easy maintenance of the equipment. The design should incorporate adequate factors of safety as per applicable codes of practice and regulations. : BOUGHT OUT ITEMS Bought out items should be provided from reputed manufacturers only. Welded or riveted structure should not be used for construction of the switchboard. ACB feeders shall be housed in single front draw out design. The ACB feeders shall be mounted in two tier design. The ACB feeders and other feeders front side should be flushed in such a manner that the front line of the switchboard comes in one line. The panels shall have non-segregated phase Copper Bus-bars of current density 1.6 amps/ sq.mm suitably provided with black heat shrunk PVC sleeves. The depth of cable laying in general will be as follows 33 KV grade cable 1.2 meters minimum 1.1 KV grade cable 1.1 meter minimum Necessary bedding below lowest layer of cable and precast concrete cable covers for protection of top layer of the cable must be provided along the full length of the cable. Cable routs are to be indicated with appropriate indicators as per standard prac The cable must pass through GI pipe of dia 150 mm for each cable with 40% space margin, when passing across the roads or under railway line. The length of pipe would be as per requirement. The cable entry and exit through GI pipes will be through bell mouth or padding of lead. The cables can be laid in multilayer. However the width of trench of trench must suitable so that in no case the spacing between cables can de-rate the current rating to less than 0.9. Cable trench must have a clearance of minimum 0.4 meter from a gas or water main and also from communication cable. Induction influence on sensitive control cable on account of nearly power cable should also be checked. All necessary tests after and before cable laying and joining gave to be done by the bidder and the change to be included in the quotation.
