Rules: See the Elbert County Open Fairbook
1. Show will be governed and run under the latest revised rules in accordance with ARBA Standard of Perfection. Filing of entry indicates acceptance of same.
2. All judging done in the judging area only. Show officials and judges behind the judging table only. Judges decision is final. No class will be re-judged for late exhibitor. Exhibitor is responsible to have their entry at the judging table before last call.
3. Checks payable to the Elbert Co 4-H Rabbit Judging Team. Legible tattoos required.
4. All animals entered at the risk of the exhibitor. Elbert Co Fair and 4-H Rabbit Judging Team are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, fire or providential destruction.
5. Exhibitors displaying inappropriate behavior or bad sportsmanship will be asked to leave, entry fees and placing’s forfeited.
6. Judging order will be posted. No Substitutions after 8am. Exhibitor is responsible for correct entry. No payback or refunds. Show cards available at show only. No rabbits under 6 full weeks of age allowed. Service Dogs only. Sick or ill animals will be disqualified and removed.
7. Returned checks $35 fee.
8. Carriers with trays required. Exhibitors responsible for keeping their areas free of trash.
9. IF YOU DO YOUR OWN SHOW CARDS, THEY MUST MATCH ENTRY DOCUMENT.
10. Decision of show superintendent is final
