OPERATION PRINCIPLE
The operation principle of induction cooker is achieved by the current
produced by magnetic field induction which electron circuitry board produces
alternate magnetic field, when the pan bottom containing metal material is
placed on the hotplate, the pan will immediately cut the alternate magnetic
field and then the metal part of pan bottom produces the current (whirlpool), it
makes iron molecule run irregularly at high speed, following the collision and
friction between molecules produce heat energy which makes the appliance
heat promptly, so that the purpose of cooking food is achieved.
PRODUCT ADVANTAGE
1. High efficiency, saving energy and environmental protection: cooker
body is heating part itself, so heat efficiency is very high and save energy
greatly, when cooking food with induction cooker, there is be free of visible
fire, smoke and waste gas, bear environment protection effect, safe and
clean.
2. Wider applicable voltage range: the unit can adjust automatically the
wattage according to the power voltage, so that it avoids the trouble
resulting from voltage fluctuation.
3. Perfect safety protection function: the unit has safe protection function for
over voltage, lower voltage or sudden voltage change. However normal
over temperature function is quick and accurate.
4. Accurate and perfect inspection for pan quality and no-load protection
function: the unit can inspect whether the material or size of pan
is applicable, when the pan is moved away, the unit stop heating
immediately and after 10 seconds the power is cut off. No matter how the
pan is moved away quickly or slowly, no damage to induction cooker.
5. Start self-diagnosis function and 2 hours timing shut-off function: it can
judge whether induction cooker and operation are appropriate, that
induction cooker is not operated for long time will be considered being
forgotten or outgoing, shut of the power automatically after 2 hours, so it
make you use it safely
6. Multi-section wattage adjustment and multi-section temperature control:
convenient and agile use, in addition temperature control compensation
feature make the set temperature more exact.
7. Multi-heating function: perform different cooking demand according to
different power.

SAFETY PROTECTION EQUIPMENT
1. Over voltage protection and lower voltage protection
When power voltage is too high or low, induction cooker will compensate
voltage automatically and adjust output power.
2. Small metal part protection
For small iron metal which the diameter is less than 80mm, no power is
outputted to avoid abnormal heating.
3. No pan or improper pan protection
When no utensil is placed on the hotplate or the utensil is deviated
greatly from the center, or the material of the utensil is not applicable, the
power will not be outputted and buzzer sound will be heard to alert until
appropriate utensil is put in place.
4. Over temperature protection
When the temperature of top hotplate is too high, induction cooker will stop
automatically power output and long buzzer sound will be heard to alert
until the temperature returns to normal.
5. High voltage pulse protection
During operation, when power supply receives a transient high voltage
pulse (such as lightning strike), induction cooker will stop automatically
and in a minute resume automatically.

is cut off
Whether power is cut off
Whether the pan is proper
Whether the pan is centered on the hotplate
Whether the bottom diameter of the pan is
more than 12cm
Whether ambient temperature is very high
Whether gas intake or vent is jammed
It means reaching the set temperature when
the unit is at warming state
Protection equipment may operate confirm it
after wait several to 10 minutes
Whether the pan bottom is concavo-convex
or the bottom center is concave
Whether power indictor is lighted
The induction cooker will stop heating if the following malfunctions occur, after
