RJmag is a family of RJ-45 connectors with integrated
10/100/1000 BaseT Ethernet magnetics.
• Includes isolation transformers and common mode chokes
• LED’s
• Termination RC network
• It eliminates the need for a standard magnetics package
between the transceiver and the RJ-45
Page 8
Features & Benefits
Applications
• Reduces required board space by eliminating the need
for a separate magnetic package
• Improves overall interface performance by eliminating
traces between Magnetics and RJ-45
• Simplified PCB board design
• Reduced the design time for each Ethernet Port
• Reduces the number of components that need to be
purchased (1 instead of 9)
• Incorporates Ethernet LED’s into the connector package
for easy port identification
• Higher common mode performance due to the magnetics
proximity to the RJ-45 connector

IDC Connectors
Premium Class
The Ansley 609 Series was one of the first IDC Connectors. Key to its
design is its unique "Tulip" style contact in the IDC termination area.
This design of contact gives the connector excellent reliability and
ruggedness.
Features
• Ansley 609 series
• Unique “Tulip” contact provides exceptional strength and reliability
• High gold 0.76Au plating on contact areas (>500 mating cycles)
• Blue brand identity
Industrial Class
The general industrial market requires a blend of both performance
and value. The majority of applications in this market area will require
high gold (0.76µm) in the contact area, with a resulting improvement
in mating cycles when compared to low gold products. Our choice of
industrial products comprises two ranges: the Ansley 622 Series
(Blue Housing, same as 609 Series) and the AMP Latch Range (Grey
Housing); the AMP Latch has the benefit of being available in tape
and reel, the 622 Series is well established across Europe and has an
excellent reputation.
Features
• Ansley 622 series or AMP-Latch range as alternative
• Conventional forked contact design
• High gold 0.76Au plating on contact areas (>500 mating cycles)
• Blue brand identity on 622 series
• Grey brand identity on AMP latch
Commercial Class
The products featured are with a lower gold specification (0.38µm) in
the contact area; here we are offering the AMP Latch Range (Black
Housing).
Features
• AMP-Latch socket and headers
• Conventional forked contact design
• Low gold 0.38Au plating on contact areas (>200 mating cycles)
• Universal black colour

The Mini BNC offering is an excellent fit for 75Ω systems, offering
500 mating cycles, electrical performance through 2GHz, and is
completely intermateable with competitive miniature BNC offerings.
Tyco Electronics Mini BNC product offers the same advantage of the
bayonet locking mechanism as our standard BNC, allowing quicker
connect and disconnect than standard threaded interfaces. It uses
standard BNC installation tooling, meaning there is no need for
retraining of field telco installers, and it utilises the same PCB
footprint on the jack side, providing a drop-in replacement for DS3
telco applications.
Features & Benefits
• Bayonet locking coupling mechanism
• Small size allows 40% more interconnects than standard BNC
connectors in the same area
• Compatible with Trompeter tooling
