NOTICE
ACADEMIC SECTION
Second Mid Term Examination for the Odd Semester 2016-2017 is scheduled to conduct from 03
October, 2016 (Monday) to 07 October, 2016 (Friday) as per the Time Slots given in Table 1 for
UG/PG/Ph.D. programmes. Lecture/Tutorial Rooms/Theatres allotted to different departments for conducting
Mid Term-II Examination for II/III/IV Year B.Tech Students and M.Sc./M.Tech./Ph.D. students
examinations are given in Table 2. The schedule and seating plan of I Semester B. Tech. examination are
given in Tables 3 & 4, respectively.
Notes:
(i) Mid Term-II Examination of Open Elective Courses (offered to VII Semester B.Tech. students) in slots 3
and 4 is to be conducted by the concerned department on 03 October, 2016 during 8.00 AM - 9.00 AM &
1.00 PM - 2.00 PM, respectively. Detailed seating plan and rooms allotted for Mid Term II Examination of
Open Elective Courses is given in Table 5. All departments are requested to make their time table
accordingly.
(ii) Mid Term-II examination of Basic Management (Course no. BMT499) offered by Management
Department to the following four departments: Chemical, Civil, Metallurgical and Material, and Mechanical
Engineering, will be conducted on 04 October, 2016 in the time slot 1.00 PM - 2.00 PM in the rooms
allotted to these respective departments for Mid Term II exam (Refer Table 2). Respective departments are
required to make their time table accordingly. The Management Department will make the seating plan
utilizing the rooms allotted to these Deptts. and notify the same to the concerned students.
