Manufacturing Facility
As the largest ICT cooling product manufacturing facility in Asia, Airsys GuAn has
a total area of 80,000 sqm among which 30,000 sqm are covered plant. Equipped
with production line for heat exchanger, sheet metal, powder painting, assembly line
and performance test chamber, this facility can produce different type of ICT cooling
product or more than 100,000 units a year.

OPTIMA/OPTIMA-INV
OPTIMA family includes standard series of OPTIMA and DC inverter series
of OPTIMA-INV, is applicable to large and medium-sized data center and
electronic equipment room. It has a wide range cooling capacity, high
operating reliability and stability. Equipped with EC fan, precise control of
temperature ±1℃, relative humidity ±5% which can assure the reliable and
stable environment of the data room.
Standard series of OPTIMA has various type of cooling system, direct
expansion with air-cooled condenser, direct expansion with water-cooled
condenser, chilled water with either single coil or double coil. DC inverter
series of OPTIMA-INV has two types of cooling schemes: direct expansion
with air-cooled condensers, direct expansion with water-cooled condenser.
There are up flow and down flow for supply air and up, down, front and back
for return air to meet the different needs of equipment room. All units can be
easily maintained from the front.
Direct expansion air-cooled (DXA) work with CME or AMAE air-cooled
condenser.
Direct expansion water-cooled (DXW) work with CMEH dry cooler or central
cooling tower and pumping group.

OPTIMA-FC precision air conditioner integrated with free cooling for critical
application,including standard series of OPTIMA-FC and DC inverter series
of OPTIMA-FC-INV, is applicable to large and medium-sized data center
and electronic equipment room. It has a wide range cooling capacity, high
operating reliability and stability. Equipped with EC fan, precise control of
temperature±1℃, relative humidity ±5% which can assure the reliable and
stable environment of the data room.For double cooling source version, the
unit can provide cooling by either chilled water or direct expansion cooling,
providing higher reliability and flexibility for efficient operation. Free Cooling
version can greatly reduce the energy consumption and cut the energy bill.
OPTIMA-FC/OPTIMA-FC-INV has two direct expansion cooling type, aircooled and water-cooled. There are two schemes of supply air--up supply
and down supply can be provide to different needs of equipment room. Easily
maintain from the front of the product.
OPTIMA-FC/OPTIMA-FC-INV has three working mode:mechanical cooling,
partial free cooling and free cooling only.
OPTIMA-FC/OPTIMA-FC-INV series double cooling source version has three
working mode, mechanical cooling, chilled water cooling and double cooling
source.
Direct expansion air-cooled (DXA) work with CME or AMAE condenser.
Direct expansion water-cooled (DXW) work with CMEH dry cooler or central
cooling tower and pumping group.
Chilled water coil work with chiller plant, central cooling tower or CMEH dry
cooler and pumping group.

OPTIMA-HD
OPTIMA-HD is one type of precision air conditioners with high density
cooling capacity by using chilled water, applicable to large and mediumsized data center and electronic equipment room. It has a wide range
cooling capacity, high operating reliability and stability, the density of cooling
capacity is up to 75kW/m2 which can save a lot of space in equipment room.
Equipped with EC fan, OPTIMA-HD has a high operating efficiency, precise
control of temperature +/- 1℃, relative humidity +/-5% which can assure the
reliable and stable environment of the data room.
There are three air flow schemes, up flow, down flow and front flow under
rise floor can be provide to different needs of equipment room. Easily
maintain from the front of the product.
OPTIMA-HD use chilled water as cooling resource for mechanical cooling or
free cooling. The system has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable
and save the operating expense .
OPTIMA-HD has two types: single circuit and dual circuits. Each circuit
of dual circuits can be redundancy each other or work simultaneously or
rotation between mechanical cooling and chilled water of free cooling.

DATACOOL
DATACOOL Precision air conditioning units are widely applied in small/medium
data center and computer rooms. DADATCOOL unit adopts new technologies,
using efficient compressor and fans and optimizing refrigerating system
configuration, to achieve its high efficiency and reliability, realizing COP >2.9,
temperature control accuracy <±1℃ while humidity control accuracy <±5%.
The compact structure and light weight makes easy installation. The unit can be
fully maintained from the front, greatly reducing the maintenance cost.

DATACOOL-PACKAGE air conditioner with built-in fresh air free cooling system
is specially designed for small/medium data center and electronic equipment
room. Due to its proper working logic and standard EC supply fan, DATACOOLPACKAGE can maximum works in free cooling mode with the lowest power
consumption, saving huge energy and lowering the operation cost.
DATACOOL-PACKAGE is a self-contained air conditioning unit which realizes
easy installation without any refrigeration piping connection. The unit can be fully
maintained from the front, greatly reducing the maintenance cost as well.

TELECOOL

The covers of CME air-cooled condenser are produced by aluminum sheet,
which has characteristics of light weight, Anti-corrosion, anti-rust, etc. The
condenser is equipped with adjustable speed axial fan and high efficiency
heater exchanger. Vertical or horizontal installation of the condenser is
available.
The covers of AMAE air-cooled condenser are produced by aluminum sheet,
which has characteristics of light weight, anti-corrosion, anti-rust, etc. The
condenser is equipped with EC axial fan which has characteristics of big
air volume, lower power consumption and adjustable fan speed and high
efficiency heater exchanger. The condenser is suitable for high temperature
working conditions. Vertical or horizontal installation of the condenser is
available.
CMD air-cooled condenser is used for small precision air conditioner or
base station air conditioner. The covers of CMD condenser are produced
by coating sheet metal, which has characteristics of anti-corrosion, anti-rust,
etc. The condenser is equipped with adjustable speed axial fan and high
efficiency heater exchanger. Only vertical installation of the condenser is
available.
The covers of CMEH dry cooler are produced by aluminum sheet, which has
characteristics of light weight, Anti-corrosion, anti-rust, etc. The condenser
is equipped with adjustable speed axial fan and high efficiency heater
exchanger. Vertical or horizontal installation of the condenser is available.

CRITICOOL adopts screw compressor, offer built-in pump group as option, the
customer only need to connect water pipe and power supply cable on the site.
