UNION OF EXHIBITIONS AND FAIRS ORGANIZERS

Union of Exhibition and Fairs Organizers is non-commercial organization and was
created in 2013 on the initiative of Belarusian leading exhibition operators.
The Union was founded by CJSC Technics and Communication, CJSC Minsk Expo,
LLC Exposervice, PC LLC Makbel. Further Exhibition Enterprise Expoforum and
RUE NEC BelExpo entered the Union.
The Objectives of the Union:
 presentation and protection of allied members interests;
 development of exhibition, fair and congress events of allied members as a key
instrument for increasing efficiency of Belarusian economy;
 interaction with governmental bodies, chambers of commerce and industry,
commercial and non-commercial organizations on the questions concerning
exhibition and fair activity;
 assistance in enhancement of legal base in the sphere of exhibition, fair and congress
activity;
 assistance in enhancement of material and technical basis in the sphere of exhibition,
fair and congress activity;
 information support of allied members;
 assistance in working out of standards in the sphere of exhibition, fair and congress
activity;
 assistance in carrying out scientific researches in the sphere of exhibition, fair and
congress activity;
 collection, analysis and distribution of information in the sphere of exhibition, fair
and congress activity;
 assistance in professional development of staff of allied members;
 international cooperation of allied members on the questions in the sphere of
exhibition, fair and congress activity.
Commercial organizations and private entrepreneurs which operate in the sphere of
exhibition, fair and congress activity, accept and promote the objectives of the Union
can enter the Union.
The Union invites interested organizations operating on the market of exhibitional
services to enter community of exhibition business professionals.
