The EZ-Mount hinge plate jig and door hinge centering guide
allows the cabinet maker to install hinge plates accurately
and quickly while eliminating the need for expensive line
boring equipment. Use of the EZ-mount jig coupled with hinge
manufacturer’s installation instructions and the use of either a
specialized boring machine or a regular drill press will allow the
cabinet maker to install a door in less than a minute! A single
worker can install in excess of 400 doors in one day! This includes inset doors, overlay doors or any combination of the two.
