You must email me a valid reason (illness, family emergency, etc.) within one week of the missed term test. Once your reason is validated, then the marks of the missed term test will be added to your final exam. No emailed valid reason = no transference of marks and you will receive a mark of “0” on the missed term test. Note that the final exam schedule may be worse than your midterm schedule and for most students a 60-80% final is not less stressful than one worth 50%. The Faculty of Science regulations apply to all missed final exams. MBIO4600: You must pass the lab to pass the course. MBIO4602: Late assignments will not be accepted. NOTE: Any e-mails must be sent to me from your university email account. E-mails sent to me from an email account other than the University of Manitoba account will automatically be deleted. Academic dishonesty Guidelines stated in your calendar regarding University policy with respect to academic dishonesty (including plagiarism and cheating) and behaviour and absence from final exams will be followed.
