Strong ABS material
- The advantage of ABS is the material combines the
strength and rigidity of the acrylonitrile and styrene
polymers with the toughness of the polybutadiene
rubber.
- The most important properties of ABS are its
impact resistance and toughness.
- ABS is considered superior due to its hardness, gloss,
toughness, and electrical insulation properties.

- Test Method: A pressure of 43kg is applied to the
sides of the shell for 5 minutes and then the amount
of helmet deformation is measured.
