Say ‘Hi’ to Suzanna, our resident Senior L&D Specialist, Professional
Development and IT Facilitator in Canberra. Suzanna has been with
Wizard Corporate Training for just over 6 years. She is a Microsoft
Certified Trainer, has a Diploma in Professional Counselling and a
Masters in Linguistics. Suzanna has the ‘gift of the gab’ and would love
to impart her knowledge with you.
She has over 10 years of adult training and counselling experience under her
belt, travelled the world a number of times, lived in many different countries and
endured minus 25 degree temperatures. Outside of the training room, Suzanna is
an avid dancer and never sits still. She always has some sort of project on the go.
Suzanna sums up why she trains as follows: ‘I want to inspire people. I want someone to
look at me and say, “Because of you I didn’t give up’.

Microsoft PROJECT
Use a custom image to represent a key milestone in the Gantt graph
The Bar Styles dialog box contains a set of images to use while displaying milestones in the Gantt
graph. If you want to use a custom image for this purpose, then follow the steps below:
1. Create the image by using a picture editing software.
For example, here, we will use this image:
2. Copy the custom image to the clipboard and then paste it into the graph part of
the Gantt Chart view.
3. Right-click on the custom image and select the Properties command; and then enter the task ID of
the milestone to the ID box under the Attach to task option on the Size & Position tab of the dialog
box just opened.
4. Click OK to close the dialog box.
5. Now drag the custom image by the mouse to reposition it over the key milestone. In order to check
whether it moves along with the key milestone, change the duration of the predecessors and create
new upstream tasks on the dependency path of the key milestone.
