The lecture topics would remain the same for the second group. EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES This workshop has been designed to provide glaucoma specialists, glaucoma fellows and comprehensive ophthalmologists didactic and wet lab, hands-on experiences performing the surgical approaches and techniques used for implantation of newer surgical devices and techniques. Didactics will focus on indications, contraindications and risks and benefits of each glaucoma surgical technique. The participant will have exposure to the latest glaucoma techniques and surgical devices in the wet lab using pig eyes. Course participants will review relevant surgical anatomy and apply this to the different surgical techniques with hands-on experience for the procedures discussed.
