GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BSE, SPECIAL EDUCATION COMPLETION DEGREE A bachelor’s degree requires a greater number of general education credits, or breadth requirements, than does an Associate of Arts and Science Degree. The list below shows the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh general education requirements needed to complete the BSE degrees and gives examples of some of the most commonly taught UW-Colleges courses that will fulfill those requirements. Other courses fulfilling breadth requirements may be offered online.
