LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY AND SERVICE INFORMATION
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Congratulations on your purchase of a Southern Grind knife. Your Southern Grind knife is
guaranteed for the lifetime of the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and
workmanship when properly used and maintained. Under this limited warranty, Southern Grind
will repair or replace any knife that is defective in material or workmanship as determined by
Southern Grind in its sole discretion. This limited lifetime warranty is non-transferable and does
not cover normal wear and tear, rust, damage or breakage due to improper use, abuse, accident,
negligence, lack of maintenance or modifications by anyone other than Southern Grind, as
determined by Southern Grind in its sole discretion. To receive warranty services, ship your knife,
together with a completed copy of the attached Service and Warranty Form, by any delivery
means which can be tracked by the shipper such as by overnight courier, shipping prepaid, to
Southern Grind at 101 Gardner Park Peachtree City, GA 30269; ATTN: Warranty Dept. If, after
evaluating your knife, Southern Grind determines that a defect is not covered under this limited
warranty, Southern Grind representatives will contact you to discuss the estimated cost of
repairing or replacing your knife. THE FOREGOING ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF YOUR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SOUTHERN GRIND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SOUTHERN GRIND KNIFE WILL
MEET YOUR PARTICULAR NEEDS. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE ABOVE
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR
CONDITIONS OF ANY NATURE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RESPECTING YOUR SOUTHERN
GRIND KNIFE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
CONDITIONS RESPECTING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF
DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
Limitation of Liability
Southern Grind Knives are intended and sold for legitimate household and sporting purposes
only. You should be aware that the purchase, use, and ownership of certain types of knives are
subject to a wide variety of local laws and regulations. Due to the complexity and dynamic nature
of these laws and regulations, it is your responsibility to investigate and comply with the laws and
regulations that apply in your territory. You (and not Southern Grind) are solely responsible for
any claims arising from violation of these laws and/or regulations. Any use of any Southern Grind
knife for other than household or sporting purposes is considered misuse and Southern Grind
disclaims responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by such misuse.
NEITHER SOUTHERN GRIND NOR ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR
REPRESENTATIVES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF ANY
SOUTHERN GRIND KNIFE.
This warranty gives you certain rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state
to state.
Some state laws do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or special
damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Services
Southern Grind offers a complete line of services for your Southern Grind knife. To obtain service,
simply ship your knife to Southern Grind, 101 Gardner Park Peachtree City, GA 30269; ATTN:
Warranty Dept. Southern Grind will only provide those services specified in the Service and
Warranty Form and at the charges specified therein. We recommend using a shipping method
with tracking capability and delivery confirmation to enable you to confirm that the knife has been
received by us. We also recommend you pack your knife carefully and securely and insure the
knife against damage, theft or loss during shipping. Southern Grind is not responsible for any
damage, theft or loss of your knife during shipping. Please include a completed Service and
Warranty form with your shipment. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.
