We can confirm that Clancy Construction recently carried out the refurbishment and extension
of the Unite the Union, Dublin regional offices.
The site is a busy city centre location on Middle Abbey Street with a contract value of
approximately €2M with difficult access, adjacent the Luas line and occupied neighbouring
properties.
We found Clancy Construction to be very professional and efficient with a pro-active, nonconfrontational approach in all aspects of the project.
Clancy’s head office, administrative and on site resources were professional and diligent
during the the project.
The project was completed and handed over within the agreed programme and to a high
standard of finish on completion.
Both we as Contact Administrators, Architect and our client were very pleased with the service
and high quality of finish delivered by the Clancy Construction team and we would be pleased
to recommend them for future projects.
