Return Policy:
No merchandise can be returned without an authorization number. We do not accept returns on chemicals, coatings or electronic parts. Returns must be
made within 15 days of invoice. Materials returned must be shipped prepaid. Discontinued items, custom orders or items that have been out of our factory
for 3 months or longer cannot be returned. Authorized returns subject to minimum 15% restocking fee.
Warranty:
All of our hand tools carry an unconditional 6-month guarantee. Most of our computerized equipment carries a one (1) year warranty. Demand Products
must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of defective or damaged merchandise. Defective products will either be replaced or repaired at no charge.
Abused tools will be repaired and returned only if the customer consents to charges in writing.

The Cutlas MC2 encases mattresses with a strong
Polyester or Polyamide cover, giving a smooth, firm
finish that easily slides into a mattress case. Stockinet
also protects the fabric cover from abrasive damage
by the foam. The MC2 puts a Stockinet cover onto all
shapes and sizes one after the other, without the need
for size adjustment. Cycle time is approximately 20
seconds per. Encases all types of foam material and is
suitable for covering mattresses or upholstery cushions.

FOAM RECYCLING
The Badger™ FB Series is designed to fit a range of
customer recycling needs based on their processing
requirement of scrap foam. They are larger models which
work well for locations that generate higher volumes of foam.
These are high output capacity machines with either single or
dual port output designs. The pre-breaker has an input feed
rate of up to 1200 lbs of foam per hour. The blower carries the
ground foam to the hopper where it has a controlled variable
feed into the extruder. These two production units are ideal
for recycling centers, county landfill municipalities, foam
producers and foam manufacturers.

Badger™ Foam Balers have been engineered specifically for the
unique challenges of foam. The passive spring-loaded dawg retention
system eliminates spring back and eliminates the need for an auxiliary
hydraulic system common with other foam balers. When foam fights
back it can send a shock through the hydraulic system, but our
dampened system cushions the hydraulics, which prevents leaks and
reduces maintenance costs.
Other companies modify cardboard and plastic balers to accommodate
foam and fiber, but we’ve learned that foam is a different beast
altogether. What works on cardboard or plastic just won’t handle foam
- from feed opening, to hydraulic systems, to material retention and
bale escapement. So we took a different approach and designed a
baler specifically made to tame the beast.

FOAM CUTTING
This state-of--the-art contour cutter is for profiling expanded
polystyrene (EPS) foam. Its multiple hot-wires are
automatically positioned to the specified quantity and
spacing by the system controller. Machines can be supplied
in 20 and 40 wire versions.
This machine has many advantages, including rapid job
set-up, accurate and automatic wire spacing, powerful
software and the high productivity that comes with multiple
wire profiling.
The advantages to this high-production machine become
apparent when you consider that it is capable of singlewire profiling, single-pass profiling, multiple-wire profiling,
slabbing and down cutting.
The machine’s cutting frame tilts for multiple wire sheet
cutting.
The Profiler software is simple to use so that operators have
a minimal learning curve. Wintech’s nesting software is the
benchmark in the commercial foam cutting industry.

Compuline
Fast Wire/Hot Wire Combo
With the versatility of three cutting frames mounted on a
conveyor providing automatic block detection, downcutting,
slicing/profiling and trimming in a continuous sheeting
process, the Compuline dramatically exceeds conventional
manual or semi-automatic cutting systems. Each operation
can also be used individually.
All cutting setup and control processes are input via the
console computer. It can be configured automatically as
a sheet cutting line or a profiling machine using either the
Fast Wire or the Hot Wire cutting frame.
Because the block is moving at a continuous speed
with no need to stop for any individual process during
the sheeting operation, the throughput is very high and
requires minimal labor input. The conveyor speed can
be set by the operator for different types of foams. Once
programmed for the required final block dimensions,
automatic block detection allows
continuous feeding of the block onto the Compuline
without further operator involvement.

FOAM CUTTING
Our state-of-the-art contour abrasive wire cutters
combine versatility, accuracy and reliability to cut
a wide spectrum of rigid and flexible foams. Unlike
the Oscillating Blade Machine, this machine uses a
high-speed, continuous loop abrasive wire that can
profile almost all foams including tough FoamGlass.
Fixed bed or Conveyor tables can be chosen along
with numerous other time saving options to give you
the most advanced and productive machine of its
kind. Available option on select machines - manual
10-wire hot wire.
A vertical wire machine is available to handle all of
the same applications as our horizontal Fast Wire.
This machine only comes with a conveyor bed.
Twin Fastwire
Contour Cutters:
The Wintech Twin Fastwire contour cutting
machine consists of a fixed cutting table with
twin gantries. Abrasive cutting wires move
horizontally along the cutting table. Within the
gantry, another system of linear bearings is
used to control the vertical movement of each
cutting wire.
The Fastwire Motor, a direct drive electric
motor, is mounted with the gantry assembly.

Vertical movement of the cutting wire and
the horizontal movement of the gantry are
controlled by stepper motors, mounted beneath
the cutting table as part of the gantry carriage.
Wintech has mastered the small footprint concept on all of its machines while adding useful features that

allows for rolling or brushing. Applications cover

to a tan color and can be finish coated with most all

The pneumatic motor operates most efficiently
when air pressure is maintained at 125 PSI.
An air compressor able to deliver 23.0 CFM is
necessary. Incoming air should be dry, clean
and filtered. We recommend using a ¾” line
from the compressor, the last 20’ use a ½”
airline. Lubricate the tool at least once every
8 hours by pouring a small quantity of air
motor oil through the air inlet.

How We Got Here
DEMAND ENTERS THE SOLUTION BUSINESS
In 1981, I began searching for ways to cut foam on the job site. By 1983 I had the answer,
developing the first ever job site foam cutting machine, The StyroCut15. Excitement from customers
encouraged me to start Demand Products and further my quest to provide solutions for other foam
cutting tools and machines. The StyroCut15 continues to rank high on customer’s lists as the number
one choice for a job site, foam cutting and shaping machine. It continues as a stalwart in our catalog
today. I didn’t know it then, but in time, Demand Products would become the largest source in the
world for foam cutting devices and hundreds of foam related items.
POLYURETHANE CUTTING MACHINES
Along the way we received calls asking if we had equipment for cutting and shaping Polyurethane
foam. In early 2000 we added Polyurethane cutting machines to our line. Today we proudly keep
the most popular models on our showroom floor and have hosted clients from over 42 countries for
demonstrations.
RECYCLING MACHINES
You can’t be involved in cutting and shaping foam as long as we have without the question
coming up; “what about recycling my foam?”. We listened to the experts and now offer the most
comprehensively tested and proven foam recycling machines on the planet.
Providing a solution for problems has served us well. We look forward to continuing to develop and
