Apple Tree Acres, located in Bergen, NY, encompasses 119 acres of shovel ready land. Apple Tree Acres is ideal for traditional or advanced manufacturing or distribution centers. Current occupants include Liberty Pumps, Leonard Bus Company, and Ad Tech Graphics. Apple Tree Acres is 15 minutes from downtown Rochester and located directly on Route 490. The New York State interstate I-90 interchange is two miles south of the park in LeRoy. The park is only 45 minutes from downtown Buffalo and 30 minutes from the Buffalo/Niagara Airport. The Buffalo East Technology Park-Pembroke, NY The Buffalo East Technology Park is located directly off of the New York State Thruway and encompasses 300 acres of shovel ready land within the Batavia Micropolitan area. Buffalo East Technology Park has the advantage of being within the New York Power Authority's Hydro-Power Zone which could allow a high tech manufacturing company to operate with reduced electrical costs. At full build out the Buffalo East Technology Park could provide the region with 1400 high tech jobs.
