Major Equipment:
Powder X-ray Diffractometer from PANalytical Spectris
Technologies Pvt Ltd., worth of Rs.65/- lakh (currently ~Rs.95/- lakh) was sanctioned
by DST, Govt. of India, under individual research project. It was installed, maintained
and kept commissioning despite of financial hurdles. PXRD facility has been extended
to PG students, BE/M.Tech students, Ph.D., scholars and faculty of various institutes in
addition to Bangalore university researchers. This unique service has given me a great
satisfaction.
