PRODUCT BENEFITS
Quick and easy installation: Very quick to install onto metal or timber framing and because
panels are pre finished, no time is lost in filling, sanding or painting. Panels are equipped with the
unique and patented Uniclic® technology, which makes the panels very simple to clip together.
Scratch resistant: Panels come with a sturdy, scratch resistant melamine layer on both sides,
providing a durable, long lasting surface.
Flush joint system: Patterns and textures in the decors and the precise tolerances of the Uniclic®
system provide a flush panel joint (with plain colours and specific light conditions a minimal join
may be visible).
Easy to clean: Easy to keep hygienic, as the melamine surface is sealed and wipeable, making
it easy to clean.
Instant decoration: Melteca Clipwall is available in Deco grade, a surface that can be digitally
printed, painted, screen printed or covered with vinyl, textiles and wallpaper – providing unlimited
options for decoration and creative flair.
Fire resistant options: FR Grade Clipwall has a Group 2S rating for commercial spaces that
require greater fire resistance.
Environmental credentials: MDF substrate has E1 formaldehyde levels and uses timber
sourced from PEFC™ certified sustainably managed forests.

DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS
Melteca® Clipwall™ is for internal use only, and is not suitable for wet areas such as bathrooms.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The Melteca® Clipwall™ system consists of 10mm thick MDF panels that are 2785 x 600mm,
designed to clip together and fix to timber or steel framing at 600mm centres. The MDF is protected
and decorated with a low maintenance, scratch resistant, colourfast and washable melamine surface.
Corner details are simple to achieve with a protective aluminium profile and silicone.
