Tools Required Camera Mount 37108 4mm hex wrench (included) 7/16” or adjustable wrench masking tape electric drill with 3/8” drill bit Assemble camera mount 1. Choose one shelf (large or small) that fits your specific camera. 2. Attach the bracket to the shelf as shown with (2) 1/4-20 locknuts and tighten securely. Figure 1. Figure 1 0112774R1 Page 1 of 6 InVision Access™ Collaboration Table installation Installation 1. Using two people, carefully lift the monitor off the monitor mount and set aside. 2. Remove the display stand back panel. Figure 2. 3. The monitor mount needs to be in the lower position to install the camera mount. If the mount is in the upper position, remove the mounting hardware and re-attach using the lower set of mounting holes. Figure 3. Locate the four 3/8” holes on top of the display stand front panel. These holes do not go all the way through the panel so they will need to be drilled completely through. 5. Apply masking tape over the hole locations on the mount-side of the panel to minimize laminate chip-out while drilling. 6. Using a drill with a sharp 3/8” drill bit, slowly drill through the panel at the four 3/8” hole locations. Align the assembled camera mount as shown and attach to the display stand with (4) 1/4-20 x 30mm JC bolts, (4) 1/4” washers, and (4) 1/4-20 locknuts. Figure 5. Do not tighten completely. Adjust the camera mount to tallest height before tightening. 8. Carefully replace the monitor back onto the monitor mount. 9. Adjust the camera mount to sit just above the installed monitor then tighten the bolts securely. 10.Install your camera on the shelf and route cords down behind the monitor and through the display stand front panel grommets. 11.After all electrical connections and wiring is complete, re-install the back panel with (4) 1/4-20 x 15mm JC bolts and tighten securely. Installation below monitor 1. Using two people, carefully lift the monitor off the monitor mount and set aside. 2. Remove the display stand back panel by removing the (6) 1/4-20 x 30mm JC bolts (retain bolts) and set aside. Figure 2. 3. Locate the two 3/8” holes in the display stand front panel. These holes do not go all the way through the panel so they will need to be drilled completely through. 4. Apply masking tape over the hole locations on the mount-side of the panel to minimize laminate chip-out while drilling. 5. Using a drill with a sharp 3/8” drill bit, slowly drill through the panel at the two 3/8” hole locations. Figure 3. 6. Orient the assembled camera mount as shown with the display stand front panel. Using the center slot, align the shelf bracket with the two centered mounting holes and install (2) 1/4-20 x 30mm JC bolts with (2) 1/4-20 locknuts (not shown) and (2) 1/4 washers (not shown) on the back. Figure 4. 7. Carefully lift the monitor back onto the monitor mount. 8. Adjust the camera mount to sit below the installed monitor with enough clearance for your camera, then tighten the bolts securely. Figure 5. 9. Using two people, carefully lift the monitor off the monitor mount and set aside. 2. Remove the display stand back panel by removing the (6) 1/4-20 x 30mm JC bolts (retain these bolts) and set aside. Figure 6. 3. Remove the screws attaching the angle filler to the back panel. Figure 7A. 4. Flip the angle around and re-attach to the panel with the cutout side facing up as shown. Figure 7B. 5. Align the assembled camera mount as shown in Figure 9. 9. Using the outer slots, attach the camera mount to the back side of the display stand front panel with (4) 1/4-20 x 30mm JC bolts, (4) 1/4 washers, and (4) 1/4-20 locknuts.
