capture and integration with USB data collecting agents reducing the hassle of onsite walkrounds.
Asset DB Analyst
Analyse and report on your customers’ current print fleet. Linked to the NewField IT online database
TCO and Green Calculators it provides the latest data needed to accurately calculate total cost of
ownership (TCO) and environmental impact of devices captured in your audits. It provides the
flexibility to deal with different levels of client information and transparent calculations to give your
client total confidence in the results. Analyst also has the unique ability to map and display user
data to show who prints what volume to where - a powerful visual argument for change.
Asset DB Architect
Prototype future state designs using a visual floor plan. Simple drag and drop volume & capabilities
