JESCO’s LED DL–FLEX Series provide a
variety of innovative solutions to meet
the needs of architects, interior designers,
lighting designers, electrical engineers,
contractors, and owners.
LED white color temperatures are selected
from single to as low as quarter ANSI bins.
This ensures color consistency, high CRI,
and enables designers to match other
white LED products also using ANSI bins.
Manufactured to the highest standards
to meet commercial and specification
grade requirements, the DL–FLEX LED
packaging utilizes high grade LEDs and
the highest quality components to ensure
good heat transfer and dissipation. The
LEDs use a high quality phosphor which
prevents color shift in conjunction with a
constant current integrated chip or IC. The
constant current IC component ensures
every LED receives the same specific
amperage rating; ensuring consistent
levels of light output without voltage drop,
and controlling the heat which allows
for maximum life expectancy (>50,000
hours @ L70). The IC is a key component
that almost no other comparable product
features. (Similar products incorporate
resistors to limit the current, which typically
have a 10% tolerance rating, meaning
each LED could receive a varying amount
of current).
The DL–FLEX Series is fully dimmable
with 0-10V dimmers; and are tested and
supported by Lutron’s dimming systems.
A complete range of accessories and
control options allow simple static color
accents, to the most complex dimming
and color-changing applications.
Additionally, JESCO specifies a large
capacity high grade LED and underdrives them to reduce heat and ensure
long average life span in excess of 50,000
hours. As an example, our DL–FLEX utilizes
0.5-Watt LEDs, but they operate at only 0.1Watt. JESCO provides a 5-year warranty
on its DL–FLEX products.

The DL–FLEX provides high quality light

installation without the need for field
soldering or hand cutting. DL-FLEX reduces
energy, maintenance, and installation
costs, and does not contain mercury or emit
harmful UV and IR radiation. While reducing
environmental impacts, the DL-FLEX creates
beautiful appearances that increase sales
and profitability, enhance and strengthen
marketing image, and make bold and
impressive visual statements.
Available in a variety of white color
temperatures ranging from a warm
2700K to a cool 6000K plus single static
colors, the DL–FLEX is offered in standard,
high-output, ultra-high output as well as
RGB color changing versions for retail,
commercial, residential, travel, medical,
restaurant, entertainment, and other
