Please note that all subjects with a practical component have an additional fee of R650 per practical. Should a candidate enter for the alternative to practical this fee does not apply. Please take care in completion of this form as no refunds will be done on subjects withdrawn after the deadline on the 16th August. A late fee of R150 per syllabus is payable for all amendments to entries after the 16th of August 2011. A parents signature are required after each subject enrolled for.
