KLMEE is a most popular northern India premier Marine Counseling
Center. KLMEE is authorized by India’s many Marine Colleges and these Marine Colleges
take admission on basis of KLMEE (KL Marine Entrance Examination). KLMEE is
conducting this exam from last 7 years. KLMEE is an authorized Marine Counseling
Center. It is registered by ISO 9001:2008 certified Counseling Center and Registration
No.- CCPL/QMS/G2108.
KLMEE is conducted on offset of April every year. Those students who are selected in
KLMEE (KL Marine Entrance Examination) are called for counseling. During the
counseling period, KLMEE secure their admission in authorized Marine Colleges (Govt.
of DG Shipping Approved). Students choose colleges and courses during counseling
time.

ADMISSION PROCEEDURES
KLMEE is a Northern Indian Premier Marine Counseling Center in Kota (Rajasthan).
KLMEE is conducting Entrance Exam from last 7 years at different centers like Kota,
Patna, Kanpur, Delhi etc. Every year many students participate in this exam. Those
students who clear this Entrance Examination, KLMEE allot them authorized colleges.
STEP-1
KLMEE issues forms in the first week of November every year. These forms are
available at every canopy and major bookshops. Forms can also be filled online on the
following website- www. Klmee.co.in
STEP-2
KLMEE examination is conducted twice a year.
(1) In the Mid Week of February.
(2) In the Last Week of April.
STEP-3
Boys & Girls who are appearing in 12th or pass outs can apply for KLMEE.
STEP-4
KLMEE declare all results on May-Mid and besides this KLMEE conduct Counseling on
first week of June in every year.
STEP-5
Eligibility : 10+2 with minimum 60% aggregate marks in PCM from recognized Board /
Universities with minimum 50% marks in English at 10+2 Or 10th level is must. Fluency
in written and spoken English.
Age: Not exceeding 25 years as on the date of commencement of course.
Medical Fitness: Medically fit with eye sight 6/6, with or without external aids. No
colour blindness. Medical examination will be conducted by doctors approved by D.G.
Shipping Govt. of India.

STEP-8
REFUND POLICY
 If and only if the students found unfit in Medical, then KLMEE will refund 60%
of counseling fee.
 You will have to submit Medical Certificate ( DG Shipping Doctors) given to you
by college and will have to submit also counseling documents also (receipt,
college letter, result, call letter, admit card )
TERMS & CONDITIONS
 Students have to pay Rs. 15,000 /- with documentation to KLMEE during the
time of Counseling
 Students can pay their fees by D.D./ Cheque / Cash etc.
 During the time of Counseling KLMEE will allotted them Marine Colleges
according to the grades.
 It is compulsory to submit the documents in Marine College on the stated dated.
 If any student is found unfit in medical, then KLMEE can refund them 60% fees,
On receiving the Medical Certificate ( DG Shipping Doctors) given to you by
college.
 Those students who have taken admission in Marine Colleges. If they are found
to be guilty in any cases like they do not attend classes or fail in any
examinations or any case of mutual disputes during the time of courses, KLMEE
will not be liable for that.
 KLMEE is a private organization, to which many Marine Colleges have given
authorization.
 If any student’s marks are not appropriate in 12th (PCM) and if he/she does not
submit any Forms/Documents on the date/time given by the counselor, their
admission will be cancelled and on that situation their counseling fees will not be
refundable.
 If any student’s guardian are not able to come on counseling time with their son
then student will have to follow all terms & conditions.
 Those students who have been chosen by KLMEE counseling, if found fake in
their forms or documentation, KLMEE will be not liable and KLMEE can also
terminate their admission.
 After depositing fees to college, if any student does not attend their classes, they
can go to college for refund but in this situation, KLMEE will not be responsible.
 The student who is selected in counseling and who acknowledges his selection,
his seated will be reserved. Then KLMEE counseling fee “15000/-“ will NOT be
Refunded.
I have read and understood the conditions of eligibility for the course to which I
seek admission. I fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria and I have provided
necessary information in this regard. In the event of any information being found
incorrect or misleading my candidature shall be liable to cancellation at any time
and I shall not be entitled to refund of any fee paid by me to the academy. The

my own decision after selection of dismissed from the KLMEE by the management, I am

for admission by paying Reservation Fee, and not joining the Course, the fee whatever
paid will not be refunded. If I cancel my reserved seat even before the commencement
of the course, whatever fee paid, will not be refunded. I agree, all disputes are subject to
