Adoption of the agenda The first item on the agenda concerns its adoption. The Joint Meeting will also have before it the report of its March 2007 session (Berne, 26 to 30 March 2007 (ECE/TRANS/WP.15/ AC.1/106 and addenda). 1) 2 Delegates are requested to complete the registration form available for download at the UNECE Transport Division’s website (http://www.unece.org/trans/registfr.html). It should be transmitted to the UNECE secretariat no later than one week prior to the session by email (mireille.chavet@unece.org) or by fax (41 22 917 0039). Upon arrival at the Palais des Nations, delegates should obtain an identification badge at the UNOG Security and Safety Section, located at the Pregny Gate (14, Avenue de la Paix). Rein (Germany) as Vice-Chairman for 2007. b) Documents published in German by the Secretariat of OTIF (other than invitations and reports) under the symbol OTIF/RID/RC/ are circulated by the UNECE in English, French and Russian under the symbol ECE/TRANS/WP.15/AC.1/, followed by the same document number. As part of the secretariat’s efforts to reduce expenditure, documents sent out by e-mail and post will not be available in the conference room.
