of fasteners, industrial hardware, uid system products, automotive parts and screw machine components.
With over 600,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing, stocking over 75,000 steel and non-ferrous,
standard and specialty fasteners, the company is able to support the needs of its’ customers through our coast
to coast branch network. The dening strengths of our organization remain in our technical knowledge of
fasteners and fastener manufacturing along with industry leading applications and engineering support for the
large basket of goods that we bring to the table.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Our 5 domestic manufacturing facilities produce specialty and standard fasteners for a
wide range of industries including solar manufacturers, automotive OEM, the automotive
aftermarket, the retail hardware sector and industrial fastener distributors. These
processes include cold heading, nut forming, metal stamping, screw machining, chemical
and mechanical thread locking solutions and custom bagging and packaging capabilities.

Quality Assurance Systems & Lot Traceability
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is the globally recognized leader
in quality control process management and accreditation. Paulin has set rigorous quality
control processes to ensure our customers’ continued satisfaction. As such, all of Paulin’s
manufacturing and distribution facilities are ISO-9001:2008 certied and are compliant
with the strictest ISO TS-16949:2009 automotive OEM requirements. Material and
inspection certicates are available for every lot and will conrm the dimensional integrity as well as the chemical makeup of the material used in the manufacturing process.
Heat treat and plating certications will conrm that the parts were heat treated, plated
and baked (where required) in order to comply with all appropriate hardness and corrosion resistance specications required for our customers’ applications.
Packaging
Paulin supplies material in a wide variety of containers, including bags, pails, boxes,
clam shells and blister cards under both the Paulin brand or under private label programs.
Standard stock is maintained in ¼ keg bulk quantities and can be broken down to form
custom bag quantities or hardware assortment kits. The integrity of all lot traceability
is maintained throughout the custom packaging process and is documented on each
individual package and master carton. This allows our customers to condently promote
and maintain the integrity of their brand for custom packaged programs in complete
condence that the quality assurance process remains intact.
