N9071: 2.0 Megapixel Mini Network IP Dome Security Camera
Functional Description
1.
The specified product shall be an all-in-one dome style indoor IP camera designed to
provide high-definition video and images up to 2 megapixels. The camera will use a
1/3" progressive scan CMOS image sensor capable of providing 1600 x 1200 video at
15 fps (UXGA) or 1280 x 720 video at 30 fps (WXGA, 720p) over an IP LAN / WAN
network. The camera utilizes an H.264 / MJPEG dual CODEC and is capable of
simultaneously dual streaming multiple formats. It includes an embedded microphone
and uses 3D noise reduction. The camera will operate on PoE or 12 Vdc, and is
designed for surface mount applications.
All equipment and materials used are standard components that are regularly
manufactured and used in the manufacturer’s system.
All systems and components have been thoroughly tested and proven in actual use.

Detailed Specifications
1.
The camera shall utilize a 1/3” 2 Megapixel CMOS sensor device.
2.
The camera shall support Progressive scan video streams.
3.
The camera shall include a s 3.6 mm F1.8 fixed lens.
4.
The camera will support an effective pixel range up to 1600 x 1200 pixels.
5.
The camera will support a minimum illumination of 0.1 lux (at 30 IRE F1.8 Lens).
6.
The camera shall support a signal / noise ratio greater than 42.3 dB.
7.
The camera shall support image enhancement features including automatic White
Balance, Automatic Gain Control (AGC), Backlight Compensation (BLC), digital noise
reduction (3D DNR) and image enhancement adjustments.
8.
The camera shall provide video compression with an H.264 / MJPEG dual codec and
provide dual streaming in multiple profiles.
9.
The camera shall provide variable and constant bitrate control (VBR, CBR).
10. The camera shall include a built-in microphone.
11. The camera shall provide a button to reset the camera to the factory default settings.
