Kitchener, Ontario August 13, 2014 – Trade-Mark Industrial Inc., a Kitchener, Ontario-based, familyowned, multi-trade contractor serving primarily Southwestern Ontario, is moving to a 365,000 square
foot building situated on 24 acres. The company’s new home will be conveniently located at 250 Royal
Oak Road in the Cambridge Business Park near the 401 expressway and becomes the headquarters for
all of its companies—Trade-Mark Industrial Inc., Trade-Mark Industrial LLC, TM3 Inc. and United Electric.
The transition to the new facility will take some time and as a result will be conducted in phases
commencing October of 2014.
“Trade-Mark is going through a planned expansion stage right now. As a result of this process we
realized our present buildings, yard space and layout were inadequate and inefficient,” explains Russ
Straus, President and Founder of Trade-Mark Industrial Inc. “After months of searching and negotiating
we have acquired a new business location that will allow Trade-Mark to consolidate all of our companies
and operations under one roof and accommodate our future growth needs.”
