Course Outline
The Vocational Education & Training for School (VETfS) Pathways Program provides students with the
opportunity to study vocational education and training with delivery of courses by Polytechnic West
whilst still being enrolled in year 11 or year 12 at school.

Work placement will be arranged by Polytechnic West. Dates to be

Students to wear cotton shirts, cotton trousers or overalls. Students must
have steel capped boots, safety glasses, calculators, pencils and writing

Tuition & Resource Fee
$560 - Information on paying fees will be provided on the 1st day. To set up
a payment plan, you will need to provide your BSB and Account number
along with a $100 deposit

**ESSENTIAL – Students are required to attend all scheduled classes for the duration of the course.
Students who regularly miss classes will be deemed at risk and may be withdrawn from the course.
Parents will receive a text message notification if your child is absent from class and the school will
also be notified.
**PLEASE NOTE – Programs are subject to run with minimum numbers.
Places in this program are limited and highly competitive.
