Included as part of the Enhanced Plus Support Plan,
this option provides Sophos customers with one-on-one
support from a senior Sophos technical support engineer.
The support engineer will provide a proactive examination
of your product and its operating conditions. The Sophos
technical support engineer works with the customer over
the phone and by web conferencing.

The remote session includes
ÌÌ Remote consulting from an in-region senior technical support engineer
ÌÌ Consulting over the phone and by web conferencing
ÌÌ A proactive health check
ÌÌ Troubleshooting any issues you may be experiencing
ÌÌ Demonstrating best practices for configuring, managing, and basic troubleshooting
ÌÌ Performance and feature optimization

that suits your schedule
ÌÌ You’ll receive up to 8 hours per year with an active contract; the
exact amount of time is determined by the Sophos product you
have purchased. The time must be scheduled in advance.
ÌÌ Remote Consulting hours for XG Firewall
ÌÌ 85 - 200 Series: 2 hours
ÌÌ 300 - 400 Series:
4 hours
ÌÌ 500 - 700 Series: 8 hours
ÌÌ All other Sophos products: 4 hours
ÌÌ Remote Consulting can be booked as in two- or four-hour blocks
ÌÌ Remote Consulting is offered in English, German, or Japanese
ÌÌ Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance
