Help Desk/Tech Support Phone Numbers
The following information will assist the VASC in servicing and supporting Ruby
VeriFone sites. The customer should only be given the phone number for the
service they have signed up for.
NOTE: This information sheet should not be given or left with the
customer.
VASC Tech Support
To only be used by certified VASCs, 888-777-3536.
When calling this number you will be asked your tech certification number and the site’s
phone number. This number is not to be used by sites.
PSP (Priority Service Program)
When purchasing a Ruby, PSP is a mandatory purchase for the first year. After the first
year the customer may decide to renew the service. This service includes:
• Help Desk Support 24/7
• Dial-ins
The PSP Help Desk will provide service after verifying the site has coverage.
The PSP General number is 1-800-519-7225.
On-Site Maintenance Customers
The site should always call VeriFone first. If a VASC is needed on-site, VeriFone will
dispatch a VASC to the site. This service includes:
• PSP Help Desk, 24/7
• Dial-ins
• Ruby replacement parts and labor
On-site Customers use the same toll free number as the general
PSP line: 1-800-519-7225
Non-Paying Customers
After the first year of PSP, the customer may decide not to renew the PSP contract.
VeriFone does not support non-paying customers. The customer should call either their
Authorized VeriFone Servicer and/or Authorized VeriFone Distributor.
