GENERAL REMARKS
Wright Marshall have instructions to offer this potentially valuable parcel of amenity/agricultural land for sale by Informal
Tender. Extending to 2.29 hectares (5.67 acres) the land is located directly off Reddish Lane and comprises three small
parcels of land. The land has previously been used for agricultural purposes and is described as meadow and pasture.
There is a range of former garage buildings which could be used for a variety of purposes subject to planning.
SITUATION
The land lies adjacent to the south bank of Todd Brook Reservoir. As the bank of the reservoir is not owned by the vendor
fishing rights are not included.
DIRECTIONS
Driving out of Whaley Bridge towards Macclesfield take the third right hand turn into Reddish Lane. Enter a residential
area and continue straight on at the crossroads passing Todd Brook Close to your left. The land is on the left hand side
between Reddish Lane and the bank of Todd Brook Reservoir. A For Sale board will be erected at the first gateway for
identification purposes.
