Why The Reversible Drum Vac1
EXAlR's compressed air operated Reversible Drum Vac System attaches
quickly to any closed head 30 or 55 gallon (45 imperial gallon/20S liter)
drum. Its high powered vacuum hils the drum in less than two minutes. With
the simple turn of a knob, the same stainless steel
pump quickly empties the drum. Coolant sumps
can be easily rehlled, floor spills vacuumed, or
contaminated liquids transferred to hltration
tanks in minutes. The flow rate in and out of the
drum can be controlled with the knob, making it
ideal for dispensing liquids.
EXAIR's Mini Reversible Drum Vac System delivers the
same two-wa y action for small jobs. It comes complete
with a 5 gallon drum and all the tools.
Electrically operated "all purpose" vacuums aren't
designed for use in industrial environments. As a
result, morors wear out quickly and impellers clog.
The Reversible Drum Vac does not use electricity
and has no moving parts, assuring maintenance
free operation. An automatic safety shutoff valve
prevents spills or overfilling.

Warning: Do not use with any material with a low flash point or with flammable liquids such as fuel oil, alcohol, mineral spirits, gasoline, or kerosene. Model 6296 Deluxe Reversible Drum Vac System includes a 55
gallon drum dolly, spill recovery kit, vacuum hose and all tools.
A steel drum with nominal thickness of 1.5mm (16 gauge) is
recommended (ANSI Standard #MH2-1997).
