The Franklin Folk Festival carefully chooses vendors/exhibitors that support our theme:

Submission of an application is an implied agreement to abide by the rules set forth herein.
THE FRANKLIN FOLK FESTIVAL WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE. NO REFUNDS FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER.
FESTIVAL SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, DAMAGES OR OTHER LOSS INCURRED BY THE EXHIBITOR.
