The Lions Club of Hamilton Inc. is currently planning their Trash & Treasure to be held at the Hamilton Showground’s on Sun 21st October 2012. These markets have proved to be very successful and we thank you for your support in the past, and look forward to your continued support in the future. At our last Trash & Treasure gates opened for stall preparation at the Shakespeare Street entrance at 7.30 AM All tables etc. are to be supplied by the Stallholder. Public access to the Showground’s will not be allowed before 9.00AM Profits will go to the Lions Club Activities Account and be used for local projects. The Lions Club reserves the rights to sell all take away food (BBQ, HOT DOGS, TEA, COFFEE, SANDWICHES, SINGLE SERVE CAKES, and SOFT DRINKS ETC.) To streamline our organisation of this event, we would ask you to complete an application form and return by 13th October 2012 to the above address. We will then be able to allocate sites and return a receipt and site allocation to you, not less than seven days before the market. “PLEASE NOTE” SITE ALLOCATIONS WILL NOT BE MAILED OUT UNLESS YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR SITE Applications forms received after the 13th October 2012 will be accepted if sites are available, but the popularity of this event is growing and we do have difficulty in placing all applicants. Site fees are $20.00 each, (NO GST) If stalls are not left clean and tidy, future allocations of stalls will be in jeopardy. Stallholders undercover may set up their stall on Saturday afternoon between 12.00PM and 4.00PM. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me. Stallholders are reminded they must not encroach on other stallholder’s sites. The Trash & Treasure Chairman will settle any disputes over sites. PLEASE NOTE. .Water Pistols are not to be offered for sale as they may cause damage to other stallholders stock. .Sale of Live Birds and Animals contravene the guidelines of the RSPCA and therefore will not be allowed. .Patrons are also advised that it is against the law to sell imitations of brand label clothing.
