Your energy price will vary according to a method determined by MP2 as set
forth in the calculation noted above. Your monthly bill will be calculated by
summing (1)the recurring charges assessed by your TDSP, ERCOT and the TRE; (2)
your Farm-to-Market energy rate multiplied by your usage; and (3) your Energy
Adder Charge multiplied by your usage. The price applied in the first billing
cycle may be different from the price in this EFL if there are changes in TDSP
charges or your Energy Adder Charge; changes to the Electric Reliability Council
of Texas or Texas Regional Entity administrative fees charged to loads; or
changes resulting from federal, state or local laws or regulatory actions that
impose new or modified fees or costs that are outside our control.

Fees not included in the above: Insufficient funds: $40; Late Fee: 5% of past due
balances; Disconnection Notice Fee: $75; Reconnect Process Fee: $25.

Customer at cost.
