Rear Projection Film
Vikuiti™ Rear Projection Film is designed to be applied to
transparent substrates - glass, acrylic and more - for use
as a rear projection screen to deliver dynamic content,
such as advertising or promotional messages. The film
provides excellent contrast and color at all viewing angles
under a variety of lighting conditions.
The film is self-adhesive and easy to apply and remove,
enabling quick turnaround times to fit your marketing
campaign schedules. It can also be changed often,
allowing you to create different eye-catching graphics
for sales promotions, tradeshows, point-of-purchase
promotions and more.
The optically-clear adhesive minimizes reflections at the interface of the substrate and film, providing superior optical clarity
compared to a separate display behind a transparent substrate.
Vikuiti™ Rear Projection Film can be cut into any desired shape for a compelling visual display, which cannot be duplicated
with a standard plasma or LCD display. The film can also be integrated with other window graphic applications.

Rear Projection Rigid Screens
Vikuiti™ Rear Projection Screens are light-weight, rigid acrylic panels. The screen is ideal for free-standing or
suspended installations. It has a 5mm slim and elegant profile thickness. The display screen presents 4:3 and 16:9
formats.
This advanced rear projection screen combines the focusing power of an optical lens with a black, light absorbing
layer to produce brilliant, high contrast images, even in brightly-lit environments. Millions of microscopic glass
spheres focus the projected light so it exits at just one small point. The black layer then absorbs the ambient light,
producing a high contrast image.
The Vikuiti™ Rear Projection Screen consists of three layers: a layer of optical microspheres, a light-absorbing
layer, and an acrylic layer with a non-glare surface. The layer facing the projector is coated with millions of optical
microspheres, which focus the light so it exits at just one small point. This layer refracts light from the projector. A
black layer in the middle absorbs ambient light, which contributes to the high contrast image and reduces screen
glare. The projected light passes efficiently through this black absorbing layer and diffuses throughout a durable,
acrylic, non-glare surface, which faces the viewer. This three layer combination enhances brightness and contrast,
and preserves rich colors and high resolution, even when the screen is viewed from the side.

How it works
Vikuiti™ Rear Projection Display, using a unique 3M patented micro-bead technology, combines the focusing power of an
