Usage
Used as a control cable with low capacity in power supply chains, sensor technology, industrial
robots and handling equipment. For in- or outdoor use, and especially designed for places where
the cable is exposed to high mechanical stress.
Structure
Fine stranded bare copper wire, cores twisted in layers.
Polypropylen (PP) core insulation.
Cores are black with consecutive white numbering.
Three or more cores contain a yellow/green protective conductor.
Polyurethane sheath (PUR), colour grey RAL 7001.
Properties
Low capacitance → well suitable for long travel distances up to 25 m.
Halogen free.
Non-adhesive.
Flame retardant and self-extinguishing.
UV-radiation, microbe and hydrolysis, solvent and oil, ozone and acid resistant.
Cadmium and silicone free.
Rated voltage Uo/U=300/500 V; UL/CSA U=600 V, insulation resistance >100MΩ/km
Temperature:
- fixed installation min. -50 ˚C, max. +80 ˚C
- flexible installation min. -40 ˚C, max. +80 ˚C
Smallest allowed bend radius
- 7,5 × diameter
