This sensor is a mini motion switch, to be built-in the T8
LED lamp to turn on the light upon detection of movement,
and turn off the light after a pre-defined hold-time when
there is no people around. A daylight sensor is also
built-in to switch off the light when there is sufficient
natural light.
The sensor picks up motion signal, switches on the power
to LED; when the motion hold-time ellaped, reduces the
current to LED lamp by 0~5Vdc PWM (pulse width
modulation) or high-low voltage signal ( 0/5Vdc ) to
achieve on/off control , 2 steps dimming control, or 3
steps dimming control.

Function and options

On-off Function
This sensor is a motion switch, turn on the light on detection of people movement, and turn off after a pre-selected holdtime when there is no
people around. A daylight sensor is also built-in to switch off the light when there is sufficient natural light.

3-Steps Dimming Control (Corridor Function)
Same as Tridonic excel ballast, Hytronik builds this function inside the motion sensor to achieve 3 steps dimming control, for some
areas that require a light change notice before switch-off.
It offers 3 levels of light :100%-->dimmed light ( 10%, 20%,30%,40%, 50% optional)-->off; and 2 periods of selectable waiting time:
motion holdtime and standby period ; selectable daylight threshold and freedom of detection area.

for the comfort of human eyes, this sensor switches on / off the lamp in a period of 2 seaconds to even out the sudden sharp
change of light.

Permanent on mode
With simple operation, rapidly turn off/on the T8 lamp 3 cycles within 3 sec. the sensor is then disabled and the T8 lamp tube
will be 100% on all the time.
To cancel the permanent on mode and switch back to sensor mode, simply turn off/on the T8 lamp for 1 cycle within 1 sec. the
sensor will take over the control.

Ambient daylight threshold
With simple operation, rapidly turn off/on the fixture 2 cycles within 2 sec:
1. the T8 tube blinks twice.
2. the daylight sensor measures and remembers the surrounding lux for 1 sec.
3. the T8 tube is on for 10s to indicate the success of learning.
* This feature enables the fixture to function well in any real application circumstance, where the daylight penetrated
into fixture may var y a lot.
* The latest surrounding lux value over writes previous lux value learned.
To cancel the learned daylight threshold, turn off/on the T8 lamp for 4 cycles within 4 sec. then the built-in default daylight
threshold ( 2 lux) takes over.

Detection area
Detection area can be reduced to 75%, 50% 10% to fit precisely for each specific application. this customized setting however
has to be designed in the sensor in the facroty. Default value is 100% ex-work.

Hold-time
Hold-time means the time period you would like to keep the lamp on 100% after the person has left the detection area. optional choice
are 5s, 30s, 1min. 5 min. 10min. 20 min. and 30min. this customized setting however has to be designed in the sensor in the facroty.
Default value is 1min. ex-work.
Daylight sensor

The daylight threshold is the natural light lux point, at which the lamp are suppose to switch on and switch off , options are 2
lux , 5 lux, 10 lux, 50 lux, 100lux, 300lux 500 lux and disable.this customized setting however has to be designed in the
sensor in the facroty. Default value is 2 lux ex-work.
note: disable means lamp is always on upon motion detected, no matter how bright the daylight is.

Stand-by period (corridor function)
This is the time period you would like to keep at the low light output level before it is completely switched off in the long absence of
people. options are 0s, 10s, 1 min. 5 min. 10 min. 20 min. 30 min. 1 hour, and unlimited. this customized setting however has to be
designed in the sensor in the facroty. Default value is 10 min. ex-work.

note: 0 means on/off control;

Stand-by dimming level
This is the dimmed low light output level you would like to have after the hold-time in the absence of people. options are 10%, 20%,
30%, 50%, 70%. this customized setting however has to be designed in the sensor in the facroty. Default value is 10% ex-work. default
