grading and batching of a wide variety of products, the grader is designed

add-on for larger companies requiring a machine that can handle
temporary or seasonal overflow.

Compact Grader CG60
Compact Grader CG62 XL
The Compact Grader CG60 grades product pieces up to
40cm long and 25cm wide into a maximum of 6 different
grades. As the pieces move along the grader, the system’s
sturdy arms quickly swivel out and pull each individual piece into
the correct chute for its grade. With a capacity of up to 120 pieces
per minute, depending on product type, the robust grader
contributes significantly to efficiency and profitability.
The Compact Grader CG62 XL is designed to grade large pieces of
product, including whole fish and fillets and other raw material
up to 70 cm long and 25cm wide at a throughput of up to 80
pieces a minute.
The Compact Grader ensures maximum quality by handling
products very gently. Installing the grader is simple: after a quick
assembly it is ready to plug in and run. It is available with an
optional infeed belt and discharge chutes. Ethernet connection to
Innova production software are available.
The CG62 XL accurately grades and batches by weight and/or
count, utilizing the M2200 terminal with a user-friendly interface.
Like other Marel Compact Graders, the CG62 XL is a stand-alone
unit with 6 gates that comes ready to use and is easy to install.

Compact Grader CG64
The Compact Grader CG64 is designed to grade small pieces of
product at high speed, including chicken parts and fillets, and
other raw or frozen material up to 25 cm in length and width, at a
throughput of up to 160 pieces a minute.
The CG64 accurately grades and batches by weight and/or count,
utilizing the M2200 terminal with a user-friendly interface. Like
other Marel Compact Graders, the CG64 is a standalone unit with 6
gates that comes ready to use and is easy to install. Ethernet
connection to Innova production software is available.

Assembly is simple with only four bolts to fasten.

process for any given period, and can generate reports
that show grading results based on
multiple grading parameters. Innova Grading
integrates seamlessly with other Innova production
management software, and a number of standard
interfaces to ERP systems are also available.
