custom works for you, but cannot stock
every imaginable item. Thank you for

Brings older valves up to new tolerances
and pressure specifications. Valves should
be recalibrated once every 3-4 years. If
Replacement is necessary due to neglect,
wear etc. individual valve replacement cost
may be found in the FAQ section of our
website.

Return - Exchange Policy
Phone/Internet Sales: Upon receipt of your
instrument, you have a two-week trial period.
During this time, you may decide if you
wish to return, or exchange any or all of the
order. The return merchandise authorization
number must be obtained by you before the
two weeks are over. Any merchandise being
returned must be sent back in the condition
that you received it in. In the case of credit
being issued for a return item, any damage
done to the instrument will be deducted
from the credit total.
In order to take part in the trial period,
you will need to place a deposit for
the entire purchase amount of the
instrument or component(s). Credit may
be established through Visa, Mastercard,
personal check, or money order.
If items are damaged in transit to the
customer, Edwards is to be notified
immediately. Any damaged instruments
returned without notification are subject
to deductions from the credit to be issued
by Edwards.
Mouthpieces are non-returnable, nonrefundable.
