Equipment Training
•Includes classroom and hands on training
•Introduced to equipment manuals and
crucial safety practices and requirements
•Upon completion of the class and passing
of the final practical exam, the team
member will receive a red hard hat decal
•A red hard hat decal allows team member
to practice operating on the job with supervision.
•When a supervisor confirms the team member has reached a
competency level that would be safe for them to operate alone,
a blue hard hat decal will be issued.
