Designed and provided research based leadership development programs for more than 100 leaders
and emerging leaders annually at our Louisiana campus. Our programs boast a ROI (return on
investment) of 496% compared with less than 50% for traditional leadership training. Participants
include a variety of industry and over 25 different organizations such as: Blue Cross and Blue Shield,
The Newtron Group, Community Coffee, EATEL, etc.
Developed a Management Incubator for emerging leaders in partnership with major hospitals:
Woman's Hospital and Our Lady of the Lake RMC.
Designed and implemented a site wide competency based leadership development program for PCS
Nitrogen/Potash Corp.
Partnered with Albemarle, Honeywell, Shaw and Jacob's Corporations to create a leadership
development series specifically for their technical leaders.
Created a multifaceted leadership report that assesses personality, interests and values related to
work style,communication and leadership preferences.
Co-developer and implementer of an "incubator" for emerging leaders at Cox Communications
Greater Louisiana.
Member of the Textron (Cessna, Bell, EZ-Go) leadership development coaching team for Lominger.

emerging leaders: The Management Incubator and Leadership Coaching Series. Since its inception,
