TERMS: You may apply for Net 30 day terms. Brown Manufacturing Company requires a signed and completed BMC Credit Application with current credit references and banking information. A copy of your state resale tax certificate must accompany all new accounts. Interest charged on past due accounts at a rate of 1 1 ⁄

We accept VISA or MasterCard with a signed and completed BMC Credit Card Authorization and a copy of your state resale tax certificate.

F.O.B. factory - wire transfer funds subject to approval.

If you wish to prepay, please submit payment for the full amount of your order plus 12% to cover estimated freight charges. Additional freight charges will be billed net due. We will gladly refund any difference for items not shipped or if freight charges are less. All company or personal checks must clear the bank before shipping. A money order or guaranteed funds check will ensure immediate shipment subject to availability. A copy of your state resale tax certificate must accompany all new accounts. There is a $20.00 charge for all returned checks.

LOSS OR DAMAGE: It is your responsibility to unpack and check your shipment promptly upon receipt. If damages are discovered, notify the delivery

agent at once. No claims for defects will be accepted after 30 days of delivery.

SHORTAGES: Claims for shortages must be reported to this office within 10 days of receipt of goods.

RETURNS: We cannot accept merchandise for return without an authorization number. Contact our office within 30 days of delivery for return

authorization. No claims for defects will be accepted after 30 days of delivery.

MINIMUMS: Minimum order is $50.00. Minimum order per item—1 carton pack.

BACK ORDERS: No back orders. Please reorder.

RESTOCKING FEE: 15% for resalable merchandise only. No returns after 30 days. No guaranteed sales.
