The 66197 optocoupler contains two completely isolated optocouplers in a hermetically sealed dual inline package and is electrically similar to the 4N55. This product has been designed to be more tolerant to Proton Radiation. Each channel provides high switching speeds while providing high isolation (1500V min). The 66197 is available in standard and MILPRF-38534 screened versions or tested to customer specifications.
