Request Mail and Questionnaire
“Leadership in Technical Institutions: A Study on Strategy and
Change Management” in select engineering colleges in the state of
AP:
Dear Sir / Madam,
The research team is approaching you as the members engaged in
research with regard to “Leadership in technical institutions: A study on
strategy and change management”. You are requested to spare few minutes of
your valuable time to participate in the research project to provide valuable
information about leadership practices that would help institutions in terms
of strategy, planning, change management practices, attrition, branding,
governance and efficiency to enhance the institutional credibility and rate of
students’ placements.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of college thought
leadership, in terms of enhancing the governance structure, strategic
planning and performance and branding to improve the image of these
institutions in the state.
Your participation in this survey needless to say is voluntary and should
only take about 30 to 40 minutes. The team requests you to disclose your
identity particulars if possible to make our research work more authentic.
However, you may keep your responses as from "anonymous" if you so desire.
Further the aim of this study is to gauge the distance between preaching
and practicing and highlight the necessity of reducing this gap. The team
expects the survey results to facilitate the actions, which will ultimately lead
to the betterment of management, faculty members, and students at
engineering colleges in A.P., with qualitative improvement in outcomes based
on assessment, learning-teaching methodologies and enhanced students’
placements.
The research team assures you that no individual results will be
published for confidentiality purpose. Only summary of results of the study
and trends would be brought out in the study.
The research team hopes that you will spare your valuable time to
complete below questionnaire. If you have any queries about this study,
please contact the undersigned. You may fill in online or return the hard copy
to the researcher or fill in the soft copy and mail back as per your
convenience.
Thanking you,
Yours Sincerely,
Chatarajupalli Srinagesh, Research Scholar, JNTUH
School of Management Studies (SMS), Hyderabad.
