There is a make-up session scheduled at the end of the semester for an experiment missed, provided a legitimate reason is provided. However, only under unusual circumstances can more than one experiment be made up. Lab Reports: Proper format for a physics lab report is described in the introduction of the textbook. Lab reports will be due, in lab, one week after that lab is performed. Lab reports submitted late will receive a grade reduction (one full grade per week late). Lab reports that are not turned in will receive a zero. Examinations: There will be a laboratory exam at the end of the semester. Final Course Grade: Your grade will be determined by assigning weights to various components of the course as indicated in the following table: Laboratory Activities 80 % Final Exam 20 % Disabilities Policy: If you believe you need accommodations for a disability, please contact Student Access Services (SAS).
