ABOUT THE ORGANISERS
NIESBUD is an Apex Institute in the area of Entrepreneurship and Small
Business Development under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises Government of India. The basic objects for which the
Institute has been established are: Promotion and Development of Micro,
Small and Medium Enterprises including Enhancement of their
Competitiveness through Various Activities.

VI. Terms & Conditions
A signed registration form, returned to TRA office indicates that you have readand agreed to the terms and conditions set out below:
1.
A place on any training is reserved only upon receipt of a signed trainingregistration form accompanied by participation fee.
2.
Full payment for participating inworkshop must be received within 7 working days prior tothe commencement of the training program.
3.
TRA reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule workshop with 7days’ notice. Inthe event of such cancellation, participants can opt to have all pre-paid
feesrefunded in full.
4.
In the event of participant cancellation, only 50% of the training fees shall be refunded, provided at least 7days’ notice is given prior to program
commencement. Norefunds will be given in respect to participants’ cancellations received less than 7days prior to commencement of the scheduled
program.
5.
In case of unavoidable circumstances like Administrative reasons (riots, strike, bandh, agitation, curfew etc), Natural calamities (flood, earthquake, bad
whether etc.), some unavoidable emergency or circumstances with trainer or training place or Insufficient enrollments, TRA holds the rights to
reschedule the session. All participants will be intimated as early as possible & they can rejoin the rescheduled session against cancelled one without
extra charges. TRA will not be liable to pay any expenses incurred by the participant’s to attend the training program in case if the Training program is
cancelled or rescheduled due to the above circumstances. TRA holds the rights to take final decision on any of the circumstance / scenario not
mentioned above. All disputes are subject to New Delhi Jurisdiction.
