Lecture Topic
Project Description:
Various projects are offered by the department in the electronic and
communication engineering specialization areas. Students are
encouraged to team up and work on projects together. The projects that
are offered are selected to be realistic problems with reasonable
difficulty. Students are guided by their advisors to do literature
search in the area of the problem and to learn about different
approaches and solutions. The second semester is dedicated to
detailed design and implementation of the project. The design should
be test, debugged and documented. An oral presentation about the
project in given at the end of the second semester. In the presentation
all members of the team should be ready to explain design detail and
answer equations raised by the judgment committee.
