LIMITED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
The manufacturer, POWERCITY ELECTROMECHANICAL & EQUIPMENT CO LTD (PEEC), warrants that it will either repair or replace any
supplied component part that is found defective in material and workmanship under normal use within a non-extendible and exclusive
period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to the customer.
Warranty applies to controller, enclosure and electromechanical parts.
Warranty repairs (parts and/or labor) will be made free of charge except for consumable items needed in the repair.
Excluded in this warranty provision are those listed as “warranty exclusion”.
Warranty Exclusions:
a. Alterations, tampering or modifications not approved by the manufacturer.
b. Parts not originally installed or not approved by the manufacturer.
c. Failure to follow manufacturer’s recommended periodic maintenance.
d. Damage resulting from abuse, improper use, improper maintenance and repair, negligence, sabotage, and failure to use
manufacturer’s recommended parts.
e. Damage caused by installation of parts or devices not approved by the manufacturer.
f. Damaged caused by improper installation of this device and improper installation of feeder and grounding cables, except
those designed and installed by personnel authorized by the manufacturer.
g. Damage or failure caused by civil disturbance, convulsions of nature, lightning strikes, normal wear and tear, surface corrosion
due to acid rain, airborne fall-out, salt, hail or windstorms.
h. Damage caused by flood, vehicular collision, animal rampage and pests.
i. Cosmetic or surface corrosion, paint scratch or damaged caused by stone chips, fallen objects and lightning strikes.
j. Repairs made by personnel not authorized by the manufacturer.
This warranty is non-transferable and shall extend only to the original customer named on the Receipt of Limited Warranty Certificate.
This warranty cannot be enforced unless the Receipt of Certificate of Warranty is fully completed and returned to the manufacturer
or your dealer within thirty (30) days from delivery to the customer.
Notice of any defective conditions, detailing the data on the observable claim with proof, as much as possible, should be forwarded
via phone, fax or email to the manufacturer or authorized dealer within thirty (30) days upon discovery of the defect. Failure to give
such timely notice and detail of claim, shall void this warranty. Upon receipt of this notice, our authorized personnel shall assess and
evaluate the validity of the claim and determine the proper repair or replacement process.
